Finally, a way to use your own lead data across every funnel
Lead Memory turns what a lead already told you into shorter forms, smarter next offers, cross-sells and reactivation. Built for performance lead generators, affiliates, and businesses who buy media or work with partners.
7-day free trial. No credit card required.
Lead Memory is LeadCapture's way of remembering what a lead already shared across your funnels, so you can prefill or skip known fields, personalize the next offer, cross-sell related products, and reactivate people you already know, with consent respected.

Only the new question is asked. Consent boxes are never filled in for them.
Prefill what they told you and skip what you already know
You paid to learn a ZIP code, a homeowner answer, an email. When the same person comes back, Lead Memory fills those answers in so they only see the questions that are new. Turn on Hide steps already answered and a step where every question is already filled in is skipped entirely.
- Text, choice, multi-select, slider and rating answers carry over
- A picked address comes back with its street, city, state and postcode
- Skip every answered step, or only the steps you choose
- The routing rules you already set on those questions still apply
We saved your answers from last time.
Enter your email to pick up where you left off.
Recognize them without exposing their answers
Before anything is filled in, the visitor confirms who they are: their email address, or the last 4 digits of their phone if there is no email. Nothing personal is shown until that passes. If they are not who the link was meant for, Start fresh gives them an empty form.
- The confirm step is on by default, and you can relax it per funnel
- Re-engage Links expire after 30 days, 90 days, a year or never
- Revoke every link in the account at once
- Repeated wrong answers lock that lead's links
Drop the link into the email, SMS or CRM sequence you already send to people who agreed to hear from you.
Reactivate leads you already paid for
A lead who did not buy is not always a dead lead. Every lead gets a Re-engage Link that opens another funnel with their answers ready. It arrives in your webhooks, in Zapier and in your CSV export, so it slots into the email, SMS or CRM follow-up you already run. LeadCapture does not send the message for you.
- Send people to a form that already knows them, not a cold empty quiz
- The new submission is its own lead, linked to the original one
- Consent is captured again on the new funnel
- Link opens, confirms and re-engaged leads are counted on the funnel page

Cross-sell across funnels
You already run more than one offer. Auto and home. Mortgage and insurance. Roofing and solar. The expensive part was getting the lead once. Lead Memory lets a later funnel in the same account borrow what the first one learned, so the cross-sell form is shorter and more relevant and you stop paying to ask the same questions twice.
- Answers carry over when both funnels use the same Webhook Key
- Email, phone, name and address carry over by field type
- Works across every funnel in the account, never across accounts
- No data warehouse or extra tool to set up

Know who is coming back
Every new lead is checked against the leads already in your account. A match on email or phone marks it as returning, and your webhooks and Zapier get the fields to act on it: whether they are returning, how many times you have seen them, and when you first did. The lead page lists their other submissions.
- returning_lead, previous_lead_count and first_seen_at in the payload
- reengaged and original_lead_id when they came back through a link
- Every field can be renamed to what your buyer or CRM expects
- Partial leads count, so someone who left halfway is recognized later
How it works
Capture as you do today. Recognize the return. Fill in what you know. Respect consent.
Turn it on
Switch Lead Memory on once for your account in Settings, then on each funnel that should use it.
Capture as you do today
Your funnels collect answers, verify contact details and save the lead in your account. Nothing changes for the visitor.
Recognize the return
A new lead with the same email or phone as an earlier one is flagged as returning, with how many times you have seen them.
Fill in what you know
A visitor arriving through their Re-engage Link, or back in the same browser, confirms who they are and gets their answers filled in.
Hand off cleanly
The lead posts to your buyers, CRM or partners as usual, with the returning-lead fields added to webhooks and Zapier.
Who it is for
If you only ever run one short form and never follow up, you may not need this yet. If you are sitting on months of paid leads and still asking the same questions again, you do.
- Performance lead generators running several offers in one vertical, or across related ones
- Affiliates and media buyers who need the second touch to convert harder than the first
- Agencies running many funnels for a client inside that client's workspace
- Mortgage, insurance and home services teams that cross-sell (refinance and insurance, roof and solar, auto and home)
- Anyone sitting on months of paid leads and still asking them the same questions again
Consent still leads
Lead Memory reuses answers inside your LeadCapture account. It does not replace TCPA consent, email permission or the disclosures your buyers and verticals require. Prefill never ticks a consent box, and only send a Re-engage Link to people who agreed to that follow-up.
Keep LeadProof, TrustedForm or Jornaya on the capture path as you do today. See Compliance, LeadProof and the Privacy Policy.
Frequently asked questions
What is Lead Memory?
Lead Memory is how LeadCapture reuses what a lead already shared across your funnels, so you can prefill or skip known fields, send them to the right next offer, cross-sell, and bring back people you already know with consent respected.
How does LeadCapture know it is the same person?
A returning lead has the same email address or phone number as an earlier lead in your account. We never match on IP address and never across accounts. To fill in answers on a new visit, the person arrives through their Re-engage Link, or comes back in the same browser they submitted from.
Does Lead Memory work across different funnels in my account?
Yes. Any funnel in the same account with Lead Memory turned on can use what an earlier funnel collected. An answer carries over when the question has the same Webhook Key in both funnels, and contact fields like email, phone, name and address carry over by type.
Is this the same as browser autofill?
No. Browser autofill only fills standard contact fields the browser already knows. Lead Memory reuses the answers your own funnels collected, including qualification questions, under the settings you choose.
Can I use Lead Memory to email old leads?
LeadCapture does not send the email. Every lead gets a Re-engage Link in your webhooks, Zapier and CSV export. Send it from the email, SMS or CRM tool you already use, to people who agreed to hear from you, and it opens your funnel with their answers ready.
What stops someone else from seeing a lead's answers?
By default the visitor confirms their email address, or the last 4 digits of their phone number, before anything is filled in. Re-engage Links expire after 90 days unless you choose 30 days, a year or never, you can revoke every link at once, and repeated wrong answers lock that lead's links.
Is this the same as partial leads or Lead Recovery?
No. Partial lead capture saves someone who leaves halfway, and Lead Recovery lets them resume the same form. Lead Memory carries known answers into a new visit or a different funnel. They work together: a partial lead counts as an earlier lead, so that person is recognized when they come back.
Is lead data shared with other LeadCapture customers?
No. Lead Memory only works inside your own account. Agency client workspaces are separate accounts, so they do not share leads with each other either.
How does this affect TCPA and email compliance?
Prefill never ticks a consent box. The new funnel asks for consent the way it always does, so you capture a fresh opt-in. Reactivation messages still need the consent and disclosures your vertical requires.
